Company takes over bee sponsorship
At just 1,4 cm in size, bees may be tiny and inconspicuous, but they're impressive: These insects play a crucial role in preserving the entire ecosystem. For this very reason, and in keeping with the motto "We're not just making the future digital, we're also doing something for it!" tepcon supports natural beekeeping and the creation of flowering meadows to preserve biodiversity with three bee sponsorships in Dauchingen. This provides the bees with a richly laid table, where they can stock up on pollen and nectar, even in summer.
"Not only in software development, but also in nature, details and every single particle matter. We are happy to be able to contribute to environmental protection with our bee sponsorship for three bee colonies," says Christoph Kluge, Managing Director of tepcon GmbH.
However, the decline in bee populations is increasing dramatically due to monocultures and pesticide use. However, it's not just honeybees that need help. It's about preserving biodiversity, where wild bees, birds, and other small creatures also find a food source and a refuge where they can breed and feed undisturbed.
